I swear under penalty of perjury that I and I alone will study the Knowing The Road course material and take the test without any assistance other than my own. I understand that I must receive authorization from the court (of which my citation was given) to enroll in this traffic school and understand that if I have received my citation from a court, but have not received any form of authorization from that specific court, and still continue with completion of this course, my fees will not be refunded and it will not be accepted as a valid certificate of completion for that city. I understand that if it is determined that I have completed the Knowing The Road course with any form of outside assistance, make any false statements, or present any falsified documents to the court or to Knowing The Road, that it may be considered a felony and any fees associated with this course will not be refunded nor will the completion of this course be accepted.
